Series consists of notes complied by Leslie Hardy of the Kantokoski (Koski), Koivula Families, and notes created by and Nancy Korpela for the Korpela Family in a paper and electronic format. These notes include detailed descriptions of each record they donated to the archives and background histories of the families. These notes were created at the time of donation to aid with descriptions.

To Jr. I.; an annotated monthly report card of Annie Koski from Kelly Lake Public School (in Sudbury, Ontario), and a certificate of promotion, promoting Anni Koski from the Senior I class to the II class in Kelly Lake Public School, dated June 27, 1933; 3 annotated report cards of Annie Koski from Oshawa Public School, and 3 certificates of promotion promoting Annie Koski from (Junior III class to the Senior III Class in Oshawa Public School, dated June 28, 1935, Senior III class to the Junior IV Class in Oshawa Public School, dated June 26, 1936, and Junior IV class to the Senior IV class in Oshawa Public School, dated June 18, 1937); an annotated Sudbury Public Schools grade 8 report card of Annie Koski for 1938-1939; and a High School Entrance Certificate issued to Anne Koski in Sudbury, Ontario on July 15, 1939.

Series consists of three newspaper clippings from the Sudbury Star. Clippings include "Winning School Receives Its Shield" (In this article, Veikko Koski was part of the winning team for the best schoolboy patrol for the 1939-1940 season. The newspaper clipping has been pasted onto a piece of paper); "Hunchbacks Terrify Reds" (concerning Finnish ski troops in World War II.
