The fonds contains administrative and curriculum records from the Office of the Dean, Faculty of Science. Included are the records of the Promoting Women in Science (PROWIS) conference for secondary school girls.

The fonds consists of photographs, memorabilia, Waterloo Lutheran University publications, and other materials created and accumulated by Gail Carr during her time at Waterloo Lutheran University. Also contains writings by Gail Murray in 2011.
