Item is a typed, annotated, minute book for the Chelmsford Valley District High School Board. Trustees included Chairman Cyril Villeneuve, Vice-Chairman Gordon Pirie, S.A. Gauthier, Denis Landry, E.T. Littlefield, N. Mainville, W. Petersen, and G. Pirie. Conference attendance, teacher upgrading courses, faculty and staff employment, building renovations, supplies, socials, changes in the curriculum, and other topices are discussed. To Jr. I.; an annotated monthly report card of Annie Koski from Kelly Lake Public School (in Sudbury, Ontario), and a certificate of promotion, promoting Anni Koski from the Senior I class to the II class in Kelly Lake Public School, dated June 27, 1933; 3 annotated report cards of Annie Koski from Oshawa Public School, and 3 certificates of promotion promoting Annie Koski from (Junior III class to the Senior III Class in Oshawa Public School, dated June 28, 1935, Senior III class to the Junior IV Class in Oshawa Public School, dated June 26, 1936, and Junior IV class to the Senior IV class in Oshawa Public School, dated June 18, 1937); an annotated Sudbury Public Schools grade 8 report card of Annie Koski for 1938-1939; and a High School Entrance Certificate issued to Anne Koski in Sudbury, Ontario on July 15, 1939.

Fonds consists of personal and professional records created by Gilbert and Stewart Bagnani and their families, chiefly in Europe, North Africa, and Canada, for the most part between ca. 1910 and 1955, comprising photographs of Gilbert Bagnani's travels and archaeological work in Italy, Greece, Turkey, Libya and Egypt in the 1920s and 1930s; a motion picture of his activities in and around Tebtunis in Egypt in 1934; correspondence between the Bagnanis themselves, Gilbert Bagnani's mother Florence Bagnani and other family members; photos of the families of Gilbert and Stewart Bagnani, including 19th-century photo portraits of their Dewar, Houston, and Robinson relatives; a collection of copy prints and glass slides of art and antiquities used by Dr. Bagnani in his university teaching; audio recordings of Dr. Bagnani lecturing; albums of clippings and memorabilia of family and social events; miscellaneous printed, typescript and manuscript items; photos of the Bagnanis at Trent University in the 1980s; an album of postage stamps; and other material.

Item is a typed, annotated, minute book for the Chelmsford Valley District High School Board. Trustees included Chairman Cyril Villeneuve, Vice-Chairman Gordon Pirie, S.A. Gauthier, Denis Landry, E.T. Littlefield, N. Mainville, W. Petersen, and G. Pirie. Board affiliations with other trustee associations, conference attendance, teacher upgrading courses, faculty and staff employment, building renovations, supplies, field trips, renting school space to the Blezard-Hanmer High School Board for teaching, changes in the curriculum, smoking by students at a graduation dance, windstorm damage to school building, creation of a playing field at the back of the school, a contract with Canadian Union of Public Employees, instillation of a punch clock and other topics are discussed. Internal correspondence between the school board and the trustees (including a letter with two photostat pages attached concerning the Canadian Union of Public Employees and Chelmsford Valley District Composite High School Board non-teaching employees), a xerox copy of a Disposition of Dispute between the Chelmsford Composite School Board and the non-teaching employees, a certified true copy of an item of business that transpired at a special meeting of the Chelmsford Valley District High School Board on February 24th, 1966 involving Section 89 of the Labours Relation Act section 202 RSO 1960, non-teaching staff strikes, a memorandum concerning unlawful picketing at the school and the need to send letters to ratepayers with a copy of the salary schedule of the janitorial staff, and handwritten notes on lined paper are also included in the minute book.

File consists of papers regarding the history of schools in Chelmsford, Ontario presented during the regular monthly meetings of the Chelmsford Women's Institute.
