Roy, FloraFonds consists of records relating to the life and work of Florence Vale. Textual materials include correspondence, records of exhibitions, and documentation of her artwork. Visual materials include photographic documentation of the artist, her family, friends, and her work; drawings, etchings, rugs, and box construction art pieces and dolls. Also includes are media materials in the form of audio reels and a videocassette.

The fonds consists first, of papers of Frances Loring: correspondence (largely genealogical), lists of her works, a collection of short stories, articles, newspaper clippings, information about Loring’s father, Frank C. Loring, and two etching plates. Second, papers and other materials of Florence Wyle: poems, diaries, journals, articles, biographical information (including birth certificates, passport), lists (including prices and exhibitions) of her works, and various etching plates. The third part of the fonds comprises a collection of photographs of works by both artists. Lastly, the 1987 accrual to the fonds contains further biographical documentation and correspondence (relating to artworks, to the Loring and Wyle Trust Fund, to personal matters including finances, and to their estate) and an additional collection of photographs. Loring, Frances, 1887-1968The fonds consists of sketches and preparatory works of art from throughout Frederick Hagan’s career, records of his teaching at the Ontario College of Art, personal correspondence, poetry by Hagan, photographs of the artist and his work, journals and record books, press clippings and representative wood-blocks used in printing. Hagan, Frederick, 1918-2003The collection consists of newspaper articles, reproductions, illustrations, exhibition notices and invitations, death notices, photographs and biographical notes on 112 Canadian artists (birthdates 1803 to 1915) and four arts organizations: Canadian Society of Painters in Water Colour, Ontario Society of Artists, Royal Canadian Academy of Arts, and Toronto Art Students’ League.

The fonds consists of photographs, memorabilia, Waterloo Lutheran University publications, and other materials created and accumulated by Gail Carr during her time at Waterloo Lutheran University. Also contains writings by Gail Murray in 2011.
Murray, GailThe fonds consists of textual materials and photographs. The textual material consists of a small number of original documents such as a hand-written letter from Mrs. Jane A. Whatmough to her daughter, Annie Louise Gallagher, dated 1904, wedding invitations and funeral a programme, as well as Gallagher and Whatmough family trees compiled by Howard Gallagher (1887-1997), a Whatmough Family History compiled by Janet (Whatmough) Cureton in 1974, and a 1932 yearbook of the Ontario Agricultural College and Macdonald Institute (Guelph). Included is a typescript, "Greenwood Farm", by Grant A. Whatmough, 1976 (225 pages). There are 80 photographs. Some had labels or inscriptions, others were identified with the assistance of Grant A.
